FPP Coalition’s Youth Financial Capability initiatives include several events and activities under the Bright Minds, Fresh Ideas umbrella; most notably, the Bright Minds, Fresh Ideas Think Tank (BMFITT) Summer Internship and the Spondulics Technical Education Program (STEP) Spring Internship.

BOONE ACADEMY OF FINANCE MISSION STATEMENT
The goal of the Boone Academy of Finance is to produce graduates who will be better equipped to make educational and career decisions regarding opportunities in the global marketplace. The National Academy of Finance at William R. Boone High School is a magnet program that is available to all students served by Orange County Public Schools.
The philosophy of this program is to offer a career-focused curriculum that specializes in accounting, economics, financial management, insurance, taxation, and personal financial planning. The curriculum also offers students real world experiences through the use of innovative teaching strategies and experiential learning.
The end result is a well rounded student who can connect learning with practical applications. Our program ultimately increases individual academic achievement with a solid foundation for continued success at the post-secondary level.

Who is FPP Coalition? What is its purpose?
The Mission of FPP Coalition is to Elevate Financial Capability for All. What does FPP Coalition strive to deliver? FPP Coalition, and its legacy name of Florida Prosperity Partnership, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit coalition of nearly 4000 partners and members in and beyond Florida who primarily serve low- and moderate-income individuals and households.
The Coalition is comprised of Florida-based, domestic and international organizations and practitioners representing non-profits, financial institutions, academia, government agencies, for-profit enterprises and more, all committed to generating a collective impact.
Through Coalition engagement, FPP Coalition’s Financial Capability practitioners build knowledge, skill and understanding to elevate people and communities from Financial Crisis to Stability, Security, Well-Being and Prosperity.
